At Kuhestan Organic Farm, a limited number and quantity of fresh produce is grown and harvested each year. Among others, we grow raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, quince, plum, apples, rhubarb, figs, Naranj, Persian lime, piquant pepper and various herbs. All these are used in our bottled products.
Sharbat (sherbet) or cordials are an ancient way of preserving fruit and vegetable juices, harvested at the height of summer, for enjoyment during the rest of the year. Cane sugar is an essential ingredient to preserve the juices and hold their earthy essence intact.
Carefully selected high quality fresh and some exotic fruits & vegetables are blended with fragrant herbs and spices to create these 100% natural jams & marmalades.
