Wisteria Cottage is situated in the quaint village of Haenertsburg adjoining the protected grassland and the Louis Changuion trail. The surrounding area is well known for its mountainous beauty and exquisite birding. For the sportsman there is trout and bass fishing, hiking, horse riding, mountain biking as well as golf in the nearby towns of Tzaneen and Polokwane. Haenertsburg is on route to the Kruger National Park on the R71 just over an hour’s drive away.
The cottage is within easy walking distance into the village, where you can wander around and brows in the delightful shops or stop for coffee and a meal at one of the restaurants or local pub. If you need to pick up any groceries or a bottle of wine you will find the village has most of what you might be needing, as well as an ATM for your convenience.
