The Tlou Restaurant

R71 Magoebaskloof

The Tlou Restaurant was named after the indigenous Sotho Tlou tribe and is reminiscent of times passed, where as children we relished our holidays in resorts of yesteryear. The restaurant has two roaring fireplaces that enhance the warmth and ambiance on chilly evenings. Large windows open up onto a balcony that look over the Magoebaskloof Valley. This warm and inviting dining area offers A la Carte, Buffets, and on special occasions a Carvery.

The Coffee Bean Coffee Shop is the perfect place to enjoy a light snack or sample one of our many exotic coffee based refreshments. Some of the highlights are our freshly baked cakes and the enormous wrap around balcony with views over the swimming pool, and the majestic Magoebaskloof Valley. Seating is available both inside and outside.

The Phoenix & Fireman Bar is a jewel waiting to be discovered, a classic country pub that is adorned with paraphernalia and trinkets from the region’s rich heritage. Enjoy a traditional pub lunch or an evening snack in front of the large fireplace. The bar has an impressive long cedar wood countertop and has gained a loyal following from locals and travelers alike. Opening Hours: 10am –11pm
